What was the goal?
PK Digital is a boutique digital marketing agency with a singular goal: client satisfaction. Our consultants stepped in when the co-founders of PK Digital faced challenges with understanding the new algorithm and vertical for a specific client. Fortunately, it fell within our expertise, and we devised a plan that aided in their scaling efforts while delivering consistent support.
PK Digital underwent an extensive training journey with consistent support, and after 9 months, they were able to fully scale their clients by themselves.
Solution:
Business Consultation: We conducted comprehensive client and industry mapping with them for the particular niche to help them grasp their client's ecosystem and maximize their point of sale capabilities. Then, we implemented what we refer to as MTT Uphill (our framework for entering new markets), outlining how to allocate their resources at each campaign level.
Google Ads and Marketing Strategy: In order to enhance online visibility and attract targeted traffic, we whitelisted key players in the industry and adopted a "grab after them" approach. We mapped out the entire client journey, determining our desired placement and outlining the goals behind each decision.
Overall Optimization: Understanding the importance of digital assets, such as website optimization and keyword natural language processing (NLP), we conducted a comprehensive website optimization report, which also included conversion rate optimization (CRO). The CRO report was derived from pure user behavior data obtained from analytics and other tracking and forecasting techniques we implemented. Subsequently, we made adjustments to the website and created new digital assets for advertisements.
Results:
Increased Sales and Revenue: By implementing effective Google Ads and marketing strategies, We helped the Company double their sales and revenue. The targeted campaigns, optimized ad copies, and strategic placements resulted in improved conversion rates and a substantial return on investment.
Improved Website conversions and retention: The website experienced 400% growth in organic traffic + 35% growth in conversion rate.
Agency growth: At the same time, the agency managed to have the CRO report as a display product and helped them acquire more clients for the future projects.
