What was the goal?

The company was facing challenges attracting visitors, and the user experience (UX) was subpar. Among its assets were two low-converting websites with speeds below 50 according to Google's speed tool. The objective was to enhance the company's digital presence, optimize its digital assets, and establish a leadership position in the market. Ultimately, the primary goal was to boost sales through direct advertising.

Results:

  • We deployed a specific strategy for the UK market, resulting in 450% increase in visitors, 36% increase in unique visitors with 2,769% increase in engagement. Also we achieved a bounce rate of almost 80% ( bounce 18,78%) which means more targeted traffic with better overall website metrics. We eliminate the noice and non converted traffic to amazing results in the industry.

  • We improved the targeting audience and messaging on platforms where Pafilia property sales were assisted (LinkedIn). We achieved 220% increase in organic conversions through the channel with over 278 unique visitors per week. Also, we managed to achieve a 389% increase in post impressions with targeted content organically.

  • The overall traffic was managed to be around 15,000 users, with high interest in many pages and tree times more engagement rate than the industry average; giving Pafilia also an indicator of the good targeting that was made by our marketing consultant.

Summing up

We achieved 600% increase in marketing ROI activities as well as +3900% in Return on ad spend. In a nutshell, we spent about 30k in performance marketing per 2.4 million made in sales, which is approximately 1.25%, on average 5 times less of what the agent fees are.
